Woodside Natural Area
Parking here is free.
Parking at Woodside Natural Area is free.
- Seasons and hours
- Open dawn to dusk year round. The district asks visitors in mud season to walk through puddles rather than around them and not to use flooded trails or trails with standing water, especially along rivers and streams. It calls the area a good place to see animal tracks in winter, and gives no winter rules.
- Good to know
- Accessible from Route 15, across from Fort Ethan Allen. The district page says sections of the Woodside Loop were closed because of large downed trees; that notice is undated, so check current conditions with the district (802-863-5744). Dogs must be on a leash at all times. The number of spaces is not published.
