- The main parking area is at the end of Henry Road in Milton, and the Hoyt Lookout Trail starts there. There are no restroom facilities. The brochure lists licensed, in-season hunting as a permitted use. 2.5 miles of trails on 226 acres.

How we know this
Eagle Mountain Natural Area brochure from the Lake Champlain Land Trust and the Town of Milton (file created March 2015), miltonvt.gov Document Center, read 2026-10-23. It names the Henry Road parking area but states no fee. The Land Trust's own pages could not be read (certificate error), and the brochure is about ten years old.
Fees, hours and rules change. Posted signs at the trailhead always override this page.
