- Cost
- $5 per adult (14+), $2 per child (4-13), under 4 free - charged per person, not per vehicle
- Passes
- Season passes: $40 individual, $105 vehicle (up to 8 people). Green Mountain Passport gives free day use to VT residents 62+ and honorably discharged veterans ($2 at your town clerk).
- Seasons and hours
- In season (Friday of Memorial Day weekend through the second Monday in October), day use is 8am to official sunset. No entry fee in the off-season; the state lists the lot as plowed in winter with port-a-lets, though its general off-season guidance says park facilities are closed.
- Good to know
- This lot is at the summit of Mt. Philo, reached by the park road. Visitors can instead park at the bottom of the mountain and climb. Buses and limos are barred from the road, which the state describes as steep and narrow and not suited to trailers or RVs. Fees are per person, not per vehicle.
